Within the Industrial subtype only, you'll see a new field launch on May 14th to help you sort through Industrial Lease properties more easily. "Laydown Yard? Yes/No" will display on the Main Fields tab just under the Property Sub Type field, when you've selected Industrial as a subtype.
Previously, you haven't been able to differentiate between industrial buildings for lease and laydown yards for lease.
The new Laydown Yard Y/N field will be added to the main listing input section and it will be a required field for the Industrial subtype.
If you enter YES, then the square footage field will change to an acreage field, allowing you to properly market the yard acreage for lease.
